About Me
I am passionate about human behaviour and the value of people in organisations. To such an extent, that I have dedicated the last six years of my life to researching and studying it in depth. I have certified at the most prestigious schools and academies in this field. People who knows me say that I am a very dynamic person full of energy, strength and enthusiasm.
I was born in Ceuta, a small multicultural Spanish city in North Africa. I am a former professional tennis player. I dedicated 10 years of my life to the international circuit. It was an unique experience! Later, I studied Political Science and Public Administraion and I developed a professional career as a Senior Advisor at the European Parliament for 16 years. Till I launch my own consultancy in 2020.
Currently, I live in Brussels. I am the mother of two daughters. I speak four languages (ES, EN, FR, PT). I am delighted to work with people from very different backgrounds, professional profiles and public or private sector.
All this explains my open mind attitude, my understanding of local and global cultures and my ability to connect easily with people.

I worked with Izaskun on a two day Emotional Engineering workshop. It was phenomenal! From the first breath she opens up a whole new world of how we understand ourselves in terms of emotions.
