My methodology
Inspired by my professional experience and a solid background in organisational and human behaviour, I use a multidisciplinary methodology of analysing tangible and non-tangible elements and the main dysfunctions of a team and an organisation (regardless of its size or business sector).
In a unique and dynamic approach, I combine a rigorous theoretical framework, practical exercises, group dynamics and coaching tools.
All this allows me to create an extraordinarily positive impact on the organisations (multiplying its potential up to four times) and on employees’ mental and emotional well-being.
As a result, individuals, teams and organisations:
